You may return any unopened/unused items for any reason. All you need to do is within 24 hours contact Jo Co Barking Club and we will happily offer to replace your item with the same or similar item or issue you a credit with the same form of payment you used to check out. Due to the all natural nature of the homemade dog treats they are unable to be returned or refunded. All indoor plants will be returnable/refundable on a case by case basis. Although we do our best sometimes shipping causes is irreparable harm to the plant in which case we will do our best to make it right.
